Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY 3, released in Japan as Dance Dance Revolution: Music Fit, is a rhythm-based dancing game for the Wii. It is a video game released by Konami in 2009. The game can be played using a dance pad, the classic controller, or the Wii Remote and Nunchuck combination. It has two games preceding it: Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY and Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY 2.

Changes from HOTTEST PARTY 2[]

  • The hand markers were transferred to the newly introduced Hypermove Mode.
  • The Wii Balance Board can be danced on through the Wii Balance Board Mode.
  • New gimmicks and costume customization are included in HOTTEST PARTY 3.
  • All dancers' expressions will sometimes change from neutral with their mouths closed to happy with their mouths open, acting like they're excited while they dance.
  • Instead of the licensed songs being cover versions, they are now master tracks, a first for the Wii series.
    • The first HOTTEST PARTY game's licensed songs were all cover versions, while in HOTTEST PARTY 2, only "D.A.N.C.E", "Tribulations", "Come Rain Come Shine", "Red Alert", "Bust A Move" and "Scramble" were the only master tracks.
  • The player has the option to turn the movies/PVs on, off, or set them to pictures, as well as turning the combo performance on, off, or last appeal (Last Appeal will work only if the player gets a Full Combo finish in any song of their choice).

All of the modes from HOTTEST PARTY 2 return in HOTTEST PARTY 3, with Tournament replacing Groove Circuit/Groove Arena as the main mode.
