Dance Dance Revolution Karaoke MIX is a music video game in the Dance Dance Revolution series developed and published by Konami and released in 1999 on arcade.

- First of two Karaoke MIX (also known as DAM-DDR) games. As the name implies, these games combine karaoke with Dance Dance Revolution gameplay.
- Dance Dance Revolution Karaoke MIX was designed for the Big Echo karaoke chain in limited quantities. It uses a modified System 573, equipped with four video input/output and a DAM karaoke device.
- Two difficulty levels are available: BASIC and ANOTHER.
- However, charts are auto generated.
- Scoring mixes both singing and Dance Dance Revolution gameplay.
- Total songs: unknown. According to the DAM-DDR website, it has "more than 20000 songs available".
