Dance Dance Revolution Karaoke MIX 2nd is a music video game in the Dance Dance Revolution series developed and published by Konami and released in 2000 on arcade.

- Second and final Karaoke MIX (also known as DAM-DDR) game.
- Dance Dance Revolution Karaoke MIX 2nd includes songs featured in the main Dance Dance Revolution series from the Dancemania series.
- Difficulty levels were changed:
- BEGINNER, EASY and SUPER were added. SUPER has to be unlocked.
- BASIC and ANOTHER were renamed as NORMAL and HARD, respectively. Both difficulties are also slightly easier than their older counterparts.
- Total songs: unknown. According to the DAM-DDR website, it has "more than 20000 songs available".
