Junko Karashima, better known as jun, is a long-time BEMANI artist. She joined BEMANI back in 2002 with DDRMAX2 -Dance Dance Revolution 7thMIX-, with her debut song being Sweet Sweet ♥ Magic. She would later move up to be the head sound director of DanceDanceRevolution SuperNOVA2, as well as some of the HOTTEST PARTY series. jun is best known for her happy hardcore songs and series of songs under the TËЯRA alias alongside former BEMANI artist Naoki Maeda. She also wrote lyrics for songs outside of the TËЯRA alias, including NAOKI's J-pop group BeForU.
Outside of BEMANI, jun has done music for other Konami games, including Quiz Magic Academy.
Junko left KONAMI in 2013 alongside Naoki Maeda. Similar to Naoki, most jackets and videos appearances of her were removed from BEMANI games; their TËЯRA profile was also removed from the BEMANI Fan Site's artist listing. After Junko left KONAMI, she joined CAPCOM and worked on songs for the CROSS×BEATS series produced by Naoki Maeda, until the series' end in 2018.
