NMR (stylized as N.M.R) is a character in the Dance Dance Revolution series.

Introduction

NMR was first introduced in Dance Dance Revolution 5thMIX alongside with Naoki. NMR is a playable character starting in Dance Dance Revolution 5thMIX until Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME.

"NAOKI and N.M.R, who are already well-known in the Dance Dance Revolution series, are going to join the Dance Dance Revolution series. What a suprise! Did you know that NAOKI and N.M.R. will appear as characters? This model was based on the actual NAOKI, of course." ―From the official DDR 5thMIX website.

Appearance

NMR appears to have medium length blonde hair, with a similar hairstyle of Naoki, black/dark purple eyes with white pupils, wears a white collared keyhole top with gold trim, purple cuffs, and wears black gloves. His top also exposes a part of his back. NMR wear black pants with side lacing and a black belt with red trim with a gold buckle, and wears purple shoes with yellow midsoles.

Trivia

• NMR is based off Naoki Maeda.
• Unlike 2MB with U1, NMR does not reappear as an alternate outfit for Naoki in HOTTEST PARTY 2.
• NMR and Naoki are secret characters in DDR 5thMIX. To unlock both of them, you need to clear at least 70 songs in the CS version. In the AC version, you need to enter a hidden password.
• If you preordered DDR 5thMIX before its initial release date on KONAMI STYLE, you would receive a mouse pad with NMR and Naoki on it and there would be a 1 in 5 chance that Naoki Maeda would have signed the mouse pad.
• In an interview with RICE.C, NMR is based off a transformation form from a certain special effects show.
  • People have asked him if NMR. is a female, and RICE.C's answer to that question is, "But he has the same face and physique as NAOKI. He is a man."
