Nurse-Zukin is a character in the Dance Dance Revolution series.
Introduction[]
Nurse-Zukin is a new character who first appeared in Dance Dance Revolution Karaoke MIX.

Appearance[]
In DDR Karaoke MIX, Nurse-Zukin appears to be in nurse attire, hence her name. She has a pink hood with a red cross, wears white angel wings, a pink short sleeved dress with red cross on the front and white lace trim, a red belt, pink gloves, and pink boots with a red stripe. Her face strongly resembles both Oshare and Kaeru-Zukin's.
In DDR Karaoke MIX 2, she now has a red hood with a white heart, wears a red short sleeved dress with a gray stripe running from the front and white lace trim, a brown belt, red gloves, and red boots with a black stripe.
In the beta version of DDR Ultramix, Nurse-Zukin has major changes. She now has a white hood, brown eyes, wears a pink cap with a green cross on her head, a short sleeved dress with a pink plaid pattern on it and red cross going down the chest, white sleeves, green cuffs with a white cross on them on her upper arms and ankles, pink stockings, and pink shoes that are wrapped in a white cloth. Nurse-Zukin's face strongly resembles Emi from DDR 4thMIX and 5thMIX.

- Maid-Zukin's player 2 outfit in DDR Ultramix 4 is heavily inspired by Nurse-Zukin's design.
- She was in the beta version of DDR Ultramix, but later was scrapped and did not appear in the final release, alongside with Rider, Star, and a few other unnamed characters.
