Root Itoh is a character in the Dance Dance Revolution series.
Introduction
Root was first introduced in 2007's Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party.
Games in order of appearance:
- DanceDanceRevolution HOTTEST PARTY (2007)
- DanceDanceRevolution HOTTEST PARTY 2 (2008)
- DanceDanceRevolution HOTTEST PARTY 3 (2009)
- DanceDanceRevolution (Wii) (2010)
Appearance
Root's appearance is a mixture between Rage and Julio who had shoulder-length auburn hair with several braids and is tied in a ponytail and black eyes. His facial appearance resembles Rage from the previous games but without a goatee. In DDR HOTTEST PARTY 4, he now resembles Rage's rival Izam when he was redesigned like the other characters in the current DDR games.
Trivia
- Like Rena who's main outfit is from Emi during the beta testing. Root's main outfit is from Rage during the beta testing and both are wearing identical outfit.
- Also like Rena who is not related to Emi with the same surname, Root is also not related to Rage with the same surname.
- In his overall appearance in Dance Dance Revolution: HOTTEST PARTY 4, he bears a striking resemblance to Izam.
