I'm a samurai coming to NYC (3x)
To NYC, to NYC
I'm a samurai coming to New York
You're caught
In the way of the warlord, lookin' for my sport
The swords get drawn
Our enemies are warned
And bodies will fall as a new day dawns
I'm a samurai coming to NYC
To NYC, to NYC

You paid the price
You won't survive
Let my sword slice and dice
And deal death precise when I
Rise up the shadows for heavy battles
Let my foes run and hide
On the streets of the Big Apple

Explosive attack 100-hand slap
I crack skulls on katana impact
Back for revenge, I'm sent to cause mayhem
Nobody's friend, I tend to leave dead men
(You're out!)

I'm a samurai coming to NYC (3x)
To NYC, to NYC

Song Connections/RemixesEdit

  • SUPER SAMURAI is the first home version boss song to feature lyrics. The first boss song to feature lyrics was Dance Dance Revolution by DDR ALL STARS, which first appeared on DDR Extreme.
  • SUPER SAMURAI is the only jun boss song to have a male vocalist (the rest of the songs use female vocalists, namely Angie Lee, Anna Kaelin, and Sarah-Jane).
  • It is also one of few jun boss songs to appear outside of DDR, with this appearing in DanceEvolution/DanceMasters (KIMONO♥PRINCESS appears in the same game).
  • When SUPER SAMURAI made it's arcade debut on DDR X, it's dance routine was not retained
