General Information[]

Profile[]

Tatsuya Iyama, better known as Qrispy Joybox (pronounced "crispy joybox"), is a BEMANI artist who made his debut in BEMANI in the GuitarFreaks & DrumMania series. He first appeared in GFDM V2, creating covers of several licensed songs. He has recently started composing songs for other BEMANI games, most notably REFLEC BEAT. Tatsuya is the current sound director of the REFLEC BEAT series.

He generally uses his Qrispy Joybox alias in making music. Most of his songs feature REFLEC BEAT mascot Pastel-kun, whether it be by album art (HAPPY limelight, etc.) or by video (Almace, etc.). His songs under his Qrispy Joybox alias are generally in a happy tone. But, when he uses his MAX MAXIMIZER alias (not to be confused with Sota Fujimori boss song MAXIMIZER), his music becomes heavy and dark, with evil undertones and heavy use of guitars and drums. The first known use of this alias was with DEADLOCK, one of the unlockable boss songs in REFLEC BEAT.
